Pridefest Needs You
Show your support for Pridefest 2008 by volunteering your time! Without the volunteers.
We need volunteers to help prepare and ensure the success of this event. People to help us set up the event a few days before the weekend. This may require some lifting and moving. The weekend of Pridefest, we offer a morning and evening shift for our volunteers so they can also have time to enjoy the event. Pridefest takes a lot of people and a lot of work to bring this event to our community. Whether a few hours or all day, we'd love to have your help!
Pride South Florida is celebrating its 31st anniversary in April of 2008. And what better way to show your true ‘colors’ than to be a part of the celebration.
PSF is looking for Volunteers to help with planning and setting up our annual celebration at Holiday Park. Anyone who is willing to give some of their free time to a worthwhile non-profit organization whose goal is to unite the community and help other non-profit organizations in their quest to do the same. We are also looking for members of the community to take part in and join our board. New faces and new ideas are always welcome.
We have a shift on Thursday and Friday if you wish to help in the setup of the festival, which may include heavy lifting and lots of moving around, or chose one of our many activities to help with over the pride weekend.
